  1. Continuous notifications of recommendation, tips, etc even after switching off the option

  2. ⁠Withdrawal request doesn't work

  3. ⁠Please bring PC version which wont get logged out when used simultaneously with mobile

    1. other application like zerodha,fyers does not require otp to login

      1. shows wrong price of closing after market hours.

    Issue Resolution Update

    The following issues reported earlier have been addressed:

    1. Continuous notifications for recommendations, tips, etc., even after the option was switched off — Resolved

    2. Withdrawal request not working — Resolved

    3. Multi-session login / PC version — In Progress. We are currently developing the multi-session login module to allow users to stay logged in simultaneously on the PC and mobile applications.

    4. Incorrect closing price displayed after market hours — Resolved

    The only remaining limitation is OTP-based login. This functionality is dependent on our OMS (Order Management System) vendor, and therefore cannot be changed directly from our end at present.

    Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’ve noted all the points raised.

    1. We’re looking into the issue of recommendation/tip notifications continuing even after being switched off.

    2. We’re investigating the withdrawal request issue.

    3. Multi-session login is coming soon, which will allow you to stay logged in across your PC/web and mobile devices without being logged out.

    4. This is not possible at this moment as per the dependability on the OMS third party vendor.

    5. We’re also investigating the incorrect closing price displayed after market hours.
